History

Texas Air Zone is proud to serve the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex.  The Company was started in 1997 by Gary Schroeder.  In 2000, Chris Roebuck joined Texas Air Zone.  Both Gary and Chris had a vision that there was more to HVAC service and installation than repairing and selling a piece of equipment.  As a result, Gary and Chris have redesigned the way they approach an HVAC system – it is not just the equipment, it is the design of the duct system, the testing procedures used to evaluate the equipment, the comfort of the customer, the quality and training of our employees, just to name a few.  Texas Air Zone utilizes a “whole house” approach when evaluating your HVAC needs.

Texas Air Zone prides itself on growth through referrals – referrals from satisfied customers due to the quality of work, professionalism of the company and service that exceeds expectations.  Texas Air Zone is known for their attention to detail and the ability to find solutions to complex HVAC problems where others have failed.

Texas Air Zone will find the right solution to fit your needs.  Our goal is not to compete with others; but to set the bar for others to compete with us!

We maintain a high level of quality among our staff. All of our installers and technicians are trained on a regular, on-going basis. We, and they, are certified by the following industry organizations:

License Number: TACLA017970C     Insured
CARRIER FACTORY AUTHORIZED DEALER

Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers are the home heating and cooling experts to turn to. They are your single resource for everything you need–from tailoring your ideal comfort system to installation, service and beyond.

Look for the Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer seal of approval–it means your dealer has met our rigid criteria for quality. In fact, Carrier offers you a 100% satisfaction guarantee when you purchase your Carrier equipment from a Factory Authorized Dealer. It's your sure sign of an air conditioning and heating system dealer that will provide you with superior products, intelligent insight and the ultimate service.

Becoming a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer is no easy feat. Only those expert heating and air conditioning dealers who meet our highest standards and closest scrutiny–not only for their technical expertise, but also for their business practices and customer service quality—earn the Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers distinction.
HEALTHY AIR EXPERT

Carrier Healthy Air Expert dealers are the specialists you can turn to for your indoor air quality solutions. With today's rising concerns about air quality, allergens, and respiratory illnesses, more and more homeowners are looking for solutions to improve their indoor air quality. Carrier's complete line of Healthy Home Solutions include the products you can trust to improve the air in your home.

Becoming a Carrier Healthy Air Expert is no easy feat. First, a dealer must be a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer. Only those expert heating and air conditioning dealers who meet our highest standards and closest scrutiny-not only for their technical expertise, but also for their business practices and customer service quality-earn the Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer distinction.

Second, the dealer must have as part of their team of service technicians at least one individual who has earned the North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification. It's the leading certification program for technicians in the heating, ventilating and air conditioning industry, and is the only test supported by the entire industry. And finally, extra training and testing is required in the field of indoor air quality including theory, application, product knowledge, and identifying the best package of solutions to fit your needs and lifestyle.

NATE

North American Technician Excellence (NATE) is an independent, third-party organization that develops and promotes excellence in the installation and service of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment by recognizing high-quality industry technicians through voluntary testing and certification. Our technicians have passed the rigorous testing necessary to qualify as NATE Certified Technicians.
NCI

National Comfort Institute is one of the country’s top training and certification organizations. NCI started in 1992 as National Balancing Institute, a training organization aimed at helping heating and air conditioning contractors provide even comfort throughout homes and businesses using a technique called Air Balancing. This technique, previously only available for large commercial and industrial facilities was refined to work in smaller buildings and homes.

As NCI evolved, the organization widened its scope to include a total system approach to design, installation and service of heating and air conditioning systems. We call this approach, “Performance-Based Contracting.” These contractors are different from the average service company because they do more than simply fix or replace equipment. They also focus on maximizing the comfort, safety and energy efficiency of the systems they sell and service.
BBB

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) system in the U.S. extends across the nation; coast-to-coast, and in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Since the founding of the first BBB in 1912, the BBB system has proven that the majority of marketplace problems can be solved fairly through the use of voluntary self-regulation and consumer education.
