We work by appointment rather than same-day dispatch. That gives the person visiting time to look at the whole house instead of rushing to the next stop. It is also why we take on a limited number of homes each week.
What "Designed" Actually Means
Every job starts by measuring your house. We look at the ducts, read the airflow at each vent, and see how the equipment and the building are working together. We do not guess from the size of the unit being replaced.
The new equipment is then sized to what we measured. After it is installed, we check the airflow at the vents again and test that it is running safely and properly before we call the job done.
Measure, size, verify. That is the difference between a designed system and swapping one box for another, and it is the reason a designed system costs more than a same-day replacement.
It also means one change gets judged against the rest of the house. A new air conditioner put onto old ducts is not treated as an isolated repair.

What services does Texas AirZone provide?
We work in five areas: air conditioning, water, health and wellness, performance, and bespoke services for larger or more unusual homes. Why does a designed system cost more than a simple swap?
Because you are paying for the measuring, sizing and testing, not only the equipment. A straight swap drops a similar-sized unit onto whatever ducts are already there. A designed system is sized to what your house needs and checked once it is running, which usually means better comfort and lower bills over time.
Do you handle both HVAC and plumbing?
Yes. Our own crews do both the heating and cooling work and the plumbing, never a subcontractor. Often one visit can cover both.
Can you evaluate my whole home rather than one system?
Yes. Someone can walk through your house and put together a plan that covers air conditioning, water, air quality and long-term performance, instead of pricing one piece on its own.
Is a maintenance membership available?
Yes. Ask about the current Texas Air Zone Stewardship Agreement coverage, visit schedule, and enrollment terms when you call.
Is financing available?
Yes, financing is available for new systems and larger jobs. Ask about the current terms when you book your consultation.
