A whole-home practice, kept deliberately small.
Texas AirZone began in 1997 with a conviction the industry had forgotten: that comfort is designed, not merely installed. While others raced to swap boxes, we studied the whole residence — its ducts, its envelope, the way air moves from room to room — and measured what we could not see.
Today our installation teams carry more than a hundred years of combined experience, and the same lead comfort designer who walks the home is the one who commissions the system. We accept a limited number of homes and neighborhoods each year so that no detail is ever delegated.

A private walkthrough with the lead comfort designer and a senior specialist. We listen, we measure, we propose — never on a clipboard, always over coffee.

Design
Mechanical drawings, material samples, and a single fixed quote — delivered as a bound dossier within fourteen days.

Installation
White-glove crews and drop-cloth protocols safeguard the residence from the first day to the last. Each system is set with exacting craftsmanship and immaculate work practices, then precisely commissioned and verified — performance confirmed before the work is ever considered complete.

Comfort Preservation
Seasonal tuning and attentive oversight keep every system performing at its peak for the life of the residence. The comfort is yours — its enduring care is ours.
