For more than twenty-five years we have built one thing: residences whose climate you never have to think about. A single comfort designer, a single crew, and a standard that never moves.
The Atelier — Since 1997
A whole-home practice, kept deliberately small.
Texas AirZone began in 1997 with a conviction the industry had forgotten: that comfort is designed, not merely installed. While others raced to swap boxes, we studied the whole residence — its ducts, its envelope, the way air moves from room to room — and measured what we could not see.
Today our installation teams carry more than a hundred years of combined experience, and the same lead comfort designer who walks the home is the one who commissions the system. We accept a limited number of homes and neighborhoods each year so that no detail is ever delegated.

From the first conversation through ongoing care, recommendations and next steps are documented clearly around the needs of the home.

Consultation
A focused walkthrough with a comfort specialist. We listen, inspect, measure where appropriate, and define the next step around the home.
- 02
Design
When design work is needed, the written proposal explains the recommended scope, system selections, pricing basis, and any relevant drawings.

Installation
Work areas are protected throughout the project. The installation is completed to the documented scope, then commissioned and checked before handoff.
- 04
Comfort Preservation
Scheduled maintenance and periodic performance checks can identify developing concerns and help preserve comfort over time.
